MAPS Festival are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and subscribers to our Mailing List. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data that we collect from visitors to our website, when purchasing event tickets or when someone subscribes to our Mailing List.
When someone visits www.mapsfestival.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We currently use Squarespace Inc to host our website. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to market our events and sell tickets to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.
For more insight, you may also want to read the Squarespace Terms of Service here or Privacy Statement here:
If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Our credit and debit payment processing is currently accomplished through Stripe, Inc., a third-party processing service (stripe.com) that allows us to accept your payment online. Your data may be stored through Squarespace's and/or Stripe's data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace or Stripe application.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data should be stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information should be deleted.
If you purchase something with us and share you details, we will not automatically sign you up to our mailing list or use it for other purposes.
