Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased unless in the circumstances of an event being cancelled. You are welcome to transfer your tickets on to another person/s to use. Please inform us of this on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update the guest lists.
Unless expressly stated age ranges are given purely as suggestions based on suitability of the activity for the age. Unless otherwise stated children over 12 months must have a ticket.
All are welcome to MAPS Festival events however there must be both adults and children in your party. Adults must remain responsible for their children at all times.
All tickets can be purchased online via the MAPS Festival site, you will receive a purchase confirmation and e-ticket but you will not receive a ‘physical ticket’ in the post. You do not need to print your tickets as we will be operating guest lists but please know the name under which the booking was made/name of the card holder. Unless an event is marked as sold out, tickets will also be available on the door and can be purchased with cash only.
We are committed to making attendance at all of our events enjoyable, welcoming and physically accessible. All the venues we are using are accessible by either direct level access, lift or ramp. If you have any concerns regarding accessibility please get in touch email@example.com
MAPS is a pop up festival and therefore uses an array of venues across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead. To find out more about each venue, click here
We reduce the noise levels of our gigs and parties but if you have any concerns we recommend bringing ear defenders. We will also have ear defenders for hire at some of our events.
